What the engagements actually involve
You work inside your own field. You do not need to know anything about machine learning.

- You read what a model produced inside your field and judge whether it holds up. Your reasoning matters more than the grade.
- Training data
- You produce or check material in your subject against a specification. The work is structured and paid per engagement.
- Task environments
- You help build realistic tasks from your own working day, which models then attempt.

We go through your background against what the work actually requires, and write down the reasoning. You get to see what we wrote.

We match, more than once
When an engagement fits your field, you hear from us with what it is, what it pays and how long it runs. The same assessment is reused, so you never start from scratch.

You decide
You accept or decline per engagement. No lock-in, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Where we stand right now
Talno is new. We do not have a queue of engagements waiting, and we are not going to promise you work we do not have. What we are building now is the capacity, so that it exists on the day the engagements arrive.
