Our mission

Talno was founded because we saw how much time and money companies waste finding the right person. Traditional recruiting is slow, expensive, and full of bias. We wanted to fix that.

We combine artificial intelligence with active headhunting to give companies access to talent they'd never reach otherwise. Our AI scans, evaluates, and contacts candidates, while our team makes sure everything clicks.

The result is faster hires, better candidates, and lower cost. We believe recruiting should be about competence, not connections.
