- Need a specialist, and the right people are rarely the ones applying. We find candidates across professional networks, assess them against the role, and deliver a verified shortlist with the reasoning attached.
- AI labs
- Need verified domain experts for evaluation, training data and reinforcement learning environments, for as long as a project runs and without hiring them. We supply vetted experts on demand and handle the engagement.
- Domain experts
- Want to put their expertise on work that matters without changing jobs to do it. We assess them once, properly, and match them to engagements that fit.

Every assessment is a document you can read
Candidates take a structured assessment built from the requirements of the specific work. We rank them against the role and write down why. Below is an example of what a client receives.

Reasoning
Seven years on payments infrastructure, the last three owning reconciliation and recovery after failure. Wrote the retry logic behind it and can explain why it looks the way it does. The regulatory side is thinner: they have worked against those requirements without owning them. We think that is learnable in this role, and we flag it rather than hide it.
